What You Need to Know

Please Arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your class. There is a one hour break for you to relax on your own and get some lunch.

Student Parking

Synergis Student ParkingWhen you arrive on-site for training, please park in one of the designated Synergis Student Parking Spaces in the lot directly across from the building. Designated student spaces are marked with a “Synergis Student Parking Only” sign.

A temporary parking pass will be e mailed to you prior to your first training date that you will need to print and keep on your dashboard for the duration of your stay in the building.

Registration/Payment

To register for a class, we will send you a written proposal for the total amount of the training. Once a signed quote is returned along with payment, your seat(s) will be confirmed by our Professional Training Coordinator. We accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express and company check. We also accept Purchase Orders from companies that have been pre-approved by our Credit Manager. Prices, course content, and dates are subject to change without notice.

We typically begin booking classes up to six weeks in advance.

In our effort to promote Green and Sustainable practices, digital courseware is included in the cost of your class registration fee. The primary delivery method for courseware is via a 1GB USB flash drive. If digital courseware is not available, printed books are available to you. If you prefer printed courseware over digital, it will be available to you for a fee. Please contact us at least one week prior to the start of class so we can make printed courseware available to you.

Group Pricing

Contact your Account Manager to discuss special pricing for sending multiple students to the same class.

Cancellation/Re-Scheduling

If you need to re-schedule or cancel a class for any reason, you will be charged 50% of the daily rate per student. You can also send a substitute student in place of the original attendee.

In some events, Synergis may need to cancel or reschedule classes, however you will be given at least two days-notice to select another date and time that works for you. If inclement weather is forecasted and class is cancelled, we will contact you. If you would like an update on your class at any time, please call us at 215-302-3000.
