At Synergis, we’ve always been about people – and we’re always happy when we’re able to build our team with those who share our values and passion for helping our customers achieve their business goals. We’ve recently welcomed some new additions to the Synergis EDS Team who will continue to help us build our partnerships and provide the level of service we’re known for – and we’re excited for you to meet them!

Robert Saylor, Account Manager, AEC

Bob Joined us in December as the newest member of the AEC team. In his role as Account Manager, he’ll be working closely with his customers to understand their unique business needs and get the most out of their Autodesk software solutions.

Bob came to us with years of sales and account management experience – most recently, he managed the internet sales team at Gerhards appliance where he and his team sold appliances for residential homes and development projects. Before that, he was an account manager for Dreamline Shower Doors where his customers were large developers for hotels, casinos, spas, and gyms. His years of experience make him a natural fit as our newest account manager, and we know he’ll quickly become a great partner to his customers and deliver the positive customer experience Synergis is known for.

In his spare time, Bob is an avid video game and film buff who enjoys camping, fishing, and golfing as much as he can. He’s also a huge foodie who loves to cook and discover new restaurants. He has every cooking toy you can imagine, from a sous side to a pellet smoker.

John Miller, Customer Success Specialist, Manufacturing

John joined us in January as a Customer Success Specialist, where he’ll work closely with our manufacturing sales and technical teams to build stronger relationships and partnerships with our customers, and support them in achieving their business goals. Previously, John worked as a logistics activity coordinator for Dow Chemical, and before that spent 10+ years as a manager and training coordinator in the retail and restaurant industries. With his extensive experience with customer service and support, he’s already well on his way to becoming a trusted partner of our manufacturing customers.

John enjoys cooking (especially on the grill or smoker), traveling, reading, and rock climbing. He’s also an avid fan of all Philadelphia sports teams.

Matthew Schrameck, Account Manager, Manufacturing

Matt SchrameckMany of our customers might already know Matt, as he’s not entirely new to Synergis! He joined us back in March of last year, and has recently become the newest Account Manager on our Manufacturing team. He started at Synergis as a Customer Success Specialist, where he provided such great support to the customers he worked with that he quickly moved on to an account management role.

Before becoming a Synergis team member, Matt represented Hunter Engineering, a manufacturing company where he was tasked with selling equipment, supporting the customer post-sale, and building long lasting relationships, so it’s clear Matt was made for this new role.

Family means everything to Matt, and being a father has been super rewarding. He also has a deep passion for music and has played the guitar for the past 20 years. He’s currently focused on songwriting and recording, emphasizing progressive rock and jazz. His other interests include computers, cars, video games, woodworking, DIY home improvements and landscaping.
