As always, we’d like to end the year with a sincere thank you to all our customers! Whether you’ve been with us for 10 years or 10 months, we truly value your partnership and trust in us to help you achieve your best possible business outcomes with your Autodesk software investment.

Every year we strive to provide the best possible support to our customers by continually improving our service and support options and coming up with new ways to help you stay ahead – and this year was no exception!

Synergis University

Perhaps the most exciting thing about 2022 (at least for us!) was the return of Synergis University after a two-year hiatus. On November 9, more than 230 people gathered at the Wind Creek Casino in Bethlehem, PA for the return of the highly anticipated event, and we couldn’t have asked for a better comeback!

The theme of this year’s event was “Embracing Change,” to acknowledge that our customers have had to find ways to adjust and adapt to new ways of working and collaborating. Our 32 sessions for the day highlighted many of the processes and cloud-based solutions needed to stay competitive in this industry like Autodesk Fusion 360 and the Autodesk Construction Cloud. Plus, we had exciting new content on Advanced Manufacturing & CAM Solutions, Cybersecurity, and more.

Coming together in person, having face-to-face conversations with our customers again, made this year’s event a special one! We’re so excited to have brought Synergis University back to our customers that we’re already in the early stages of planning Synergis University 2023! Customer Success Team

This year, we increased the level of customer service we provide with the formation of our new Customer Success Team! Each customer will now have another dedicated contact as Synergis to provide an extra layer of support in addition to their Account Manager and Renewal Specialist. Your customer success representative is there for you to help enhance your overall success and enrich your experience with us by providing data-driven insights on software adoption, usage, and more!

Autodesk Software Training, Live Webinars, and More!

At Synergis, we strive to be more than just your software reseller – we want to provide you with the resources you need to use your software at the highest level. In 2022, we increased the number of Open Enrollment training classes scheduled, delivering 32 live classes on everything from AutoCAD Essentials to more Advanced Inventor classes (click HERE to see what we already have scheduled for 2023). Our technical team also delivered more than 40 onsite and custom classes for our customers, and more than 60 Fusion 360 Adoption Workshops to educational institutions (click HERE to learn more about our Fusion 360 Adoption Program).

In addition to our training, our free learning resources are always available to you! We hosted 11 Live webinars in 2022 (check out our EVENTS page to see what we already have planned for 2023), and logged over 180,000 hours of watched content on your YouTube Channel.

Looking Ahead

2023 promises to be an exciting year full of new services, and even better support for our customers! Throughout this year, we have been developing new services that will give you even more access to our technical resources. In the final stages of development are services like Expert On Demand and Vault Administrator to Order, both designed for our technical team to become an extension of yours, so your Autodesk software questions are always answered! More YouTube videos, more virtual and live events, and more support are all in the works for 2023, but one thing that won’t change is our dedication to helping you stay ahead.
