We’re excited to announce our next step in delivering deeper value to our customers with the formation of our new Customer Success Team! We pride ourselves as a customer-centric organization and place our customers at the heart of everything we do. Our Customer Success team is committed to enhancing our customers’ overall success while enriching their experience. We strive to achieve the best possible outcome for each customer by building strong relationships and partnering with you to meet your business goals.
Scott Philbrick – Customer Success Operations Manager
Before joining Synergis, I most recently acted in a Senior Team Lead role in Cerner Corporation’s Client Support Organization. In that capacity, I managed a large team (10+) consisting of Software Engineers and Technical Solutions Analysts. Oracle recently acquired Cerner, and consequently, I began searching for a leadership opportunity in a smaller software organization where I could have a more significant impact on the business and its customers.
The software industry is my second career – my first being the United States Army. I began my Army career as a gunner and rose to Squad Leader over 12 years of services. As a retiree, I have to say the highlight of my career was the four years I spent with the 101st Airborne Division at Fort Campbell, Kentucky.
I reside just outside Kansas City, Missouri with my wife, Shana, and our children Jack (12) and Daley (9). I enjoy traveling, playing golf, and flying drones in my spare time. My other interests include photography and abstract art.
Taylor Sferrazza – Customer Success Specialist
Before joining Synergis, Taylor worked as a Business/Sales Development representative in the software industry, and focused on learning as much as she could about customer experience, understanding the customer journey, and retention/renewals. She has a background in selling products to large software companies, government contractors, and clients in the AEC space. Taylor chose to move into Customer Success when she realized she wanted to focus her efforts on making as much of a positive difference as she could throughout the customer experience.
Taylor, and her five-year-old Aussie Lab, recently moved to Florida from North Carolina. She is currently writing both a fiction novel and a book of poetry. Taylor is also an artist, jewelry designer, and certified open water SCUBA diver. She’s been practicing Tae Kwon Do, Krav Maga, Brazilian Jujitsu, and Korean sword fighting for seven years and is a recommended second-degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do. Besides martial arts, Taylor enjoys axe throwing, hiking, cooking (Sicilian recipes, especially!) theme parks, and gardening. Taylor believes in self-development and doing what it takes to move the needle forward in any way she can. She will work closely with our AEC Sales and Technical teams to support our AEC Customers.

Matt Schrameck – Customer Success Specialist
Before joining Synergis, Matt most recently represented Hunter Engineering, a manufacturing company specializing in wheel service equipment. Matt was tasked with selling equipment, supporting the customer post-sale, and building long-lasting relationships. The things he loved about the position were the ability to foster strong relationships with customers and working with cutting-edge technology. Before that, he was an assistant property manager for a luxury apartment community.
Matt resides in Connecticut with his wife, Brooke, an Assistant Patient Services Manager at Yale New Haven Hospital, and their two children, Allison (5) and Jackson (2). Family means everything to Matt, and being a father has been super rewarding. He has a deep passion for music and has played the guitar for the past 20 years! He is currently focused on songwriting and recording, emphasizing progressive rock and jazz. His other interests include computers, cars, video games, woodworking, DIY home improvements, and landscaping. He is most energized when learning something new. Matt will work closely with our Manufacturing Sales and Technical teams to support our Manufacturing customers.

As we move forward, it’s important to note that each customer will still have a dedicated Account Manager and Renewal Specialist. Adding our Customer Success Specialists to your Synergis team further enhances customer value through partnership by delivering data-driven insights regarding software adoption, usage, and more.
As our team continues to take shape this fall and winter, we’re excited to start this journey with our customers and welcome feedback along the way. Matt and Taylor have already begun interacting with many of our customers, and will continue in that effort moving forward.
