Ready to Take the Next Step?
November 10, 2020
This year has seen a lot of changes to your Autodesk Account and how you manage your licenses, and while it might be a little different than what you’re used to, single-user, subscription licenses provide you with more flexibility and control over your software, making it easier for you to adapt to business changes. And one thing we’ve all learned this year is that we need to be able to adapt and innovate to keep moving forward.
So if you’re sitting on some old licenses, it’s time to take advantage of a great offer to upgrade those licenses to a subscription and get access to the most up-to-date, comprehensive design and engineering software available.
From now until January 22, 2021, you can save up to 20% on a new subscription license, by trading in an eligible serial number and corresponding perpetual license. For a serial number to be eligible, they must be on a perpetual license released between 1998 and 2021 that is not on a maintenance plan.
Frequently Asked Questions:
Q: What is the Trade-in Perpetual License Offer?
A: With a valid, eligible serial number and corresponding perpetual license, customers can save 20% on 3-year term subscriptions, or 15% on 1-year term subscriptions
Q: Do you have to purchase the same products as the perpetual license submitted?
A: No, you don’t have to purchase the same product, except for AutoCAD LT products. Talk to your Account Manager to find out what new software options you can get by trading-in a serial number!
Q: How do you know if a perpetual license serial number is valid?
A: A license as identified by the serial number is valid if it is a 1998-2021 perpetual product license not on maintenance and has not been submitted for a previous promotion or offer. Additionally, it can not have been used for a license upgrade as part of a maintenance plan. Licenses must be commercial versions with asset status “Registered.” Still not sure if your license is eligible? Give us a call and we’ll verify your serial number!
Keep your software up to date and get the benefits of a subscription license, like visibility into your usage and collaboration data, continuous improvement, support and collaboration, and flexible options to fit your business needs, whether your a one-person or one-thousand-person company!
