Issue:
To align with industry best practices for security and data integrity, Autodesk will move to Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.2 and will stop supporting TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.1.
With this change, 2020 and 2021 Autodesk Mac products running on Mac 10.12 and lower versions may experience connectivity issues and customers may not be able to access their products.
For this reason, you must upgrade to Mac OS 10.13 or later required before August 14th for continued access to Autodesk Mac Products, versions 2020 and 2021.
Solution:
To ensure secure connectivity, Autodesk will no longer be supporting Mac OS 10.12 for 2020 and 2021 product versions. Customers will need to update to Mac OS 10.13 or higher by August 14th for continued access to 2020 and 2021 Autodesk Mac products.
