When purging styles, you notice geometry is now missing within your profile views. In this case, the issue is with crossing pipes.
Within Civil 3D, users can apply styles to override crossing pipes on profiles, as shown below. However, to C3D, these styles are not directly being applied to objects so they’ll be listed for purging when using Purge Styles.
Unfortunately, there’s no solution at this time, so you’ll need to check the list before purging the styles to ensure you’re not getting rid of important ones that are used only for overrides.
From technical how-to’s, Autodesk product updates, to best practice tips, we’ve got you covered to help you get the most from your Autodesk collection or products. Learn more about our Helpdesk support services or contact us.
