We have had quite a few questions on the installation and licensing of Industry Collections. Here are the details.
Requirements:

  • Must have a 2019 license file
  • License manager version 11.14.1.3
Old process New process
The restriction for using 2 products concurrently has been removed. Customers can now use as many products concurrently within the collection
Using additional licenses for each version used is no longer the case. Only one license will be consumed for all versions running simultaneously
Forced to Borrow multiple licenses for each product in the collection that would be needed outside the office… Only one license need to be borrowed to use any and all products within the suite

Even if you’re not using any 2018 or 2019 products, you will still benefit from updating your license file and license manager. These changes are licensing based changes only.
