After Windows 10 updates, we’re hearing that customers are experiencing issues with plotting to their HP devices. These issues are cause by the drivers and Windows which prevent the AutoCAD based applications from plotting.
To get around this issue, it’s suggested you install the generic HP drivers for the HP model you have:

From the Autodesk Knowledge Network.
Before installing the generic driver, you should first uninstall you existing plotter drivers by following these steps.
