If you haven’t checked out the BIM 360 Docs Release Notes recently, lots has been happening:

  • As of last week, a new version of the iOS app is now available, with support for private and published markups, improved hyperlink capabilities, and usability improvements.
  • Last month, BIM 360 Docs updates include support locking and unlocking drawings, models, and other files in the “Project Files” folders and new capabilities and enhancements to support better project collaboration and document management.
  • A new version of the BIM 360 Docs app for iPhone and iPad includes the ability to search (online and offline), additional markup tools (poly-line and poly-cloud), as well as updated status colors for Issues and RFIs to align with the next-generation BIM 360 user experience.
  • Early in the summer, the BIM 360 Docs on June 12, 2017 release includes a completely new and improved user experience and major improvements to the viewing and markup experience, upload enhancements, and the next phase PDF export initiative:  now you can select multiple PDF drawings that have been published to a “Plans” folder and download them as a multi-page PDF file.
