Company Background
Founded over 30 years ago, Kwik Goal, Ltd. manufactures soccer goals, field and training equipment, team seating, as well as accessories for coaches, referees and players at all levels. Headquartered in Quakertown, Kwik Goal occupies a three-building campus consisting of back office, production, shipping, warehousing, and receiving. Kwik Goal, highly regarded for its sporting goods, is a Technical Partner to U.S. Soccer, a corporate Partner to the U.S. Soccer Foundation, an Official Supplier to the Canadian Soccer Association, and Official Partner to the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA).
As a long-time Synergis customer using Autodesk solutions, Kwik Goal relies on the Autodesk Product Design Suite Ultimate, leveraging Autodesk AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor, Autodesk Mechanical, and Autodesk Showcase.
The Business Challenge
Kwik Goal needs to stay up to date with the latest software releases. This includes integrating in new products available in the Suites that add efficiency to their workflows, and receiving prompt answers to questions about their CAD tools.
The Solution
Synergis Engineering Design Solutions Helpdesk support and training has been there for Kwik Goal to keep them up and running. Starting with AutoCAD, Kwik Goal looked to Synergis for training due to the convenience of the Synergis Quakertown Training Center. As the design team began using Mechanical Desktop, and then transitioned to Inventor, further training was needed. With the additional software available in the Autodesk Suites, the team at Kwik Goal is using Showcase to create visuals for the sales team and end-user instructions.
Kwik Goal looks to Synergis Helpdesk experts for ongoing support, prompt answers to questions, and to ensure a smooth transition to the latest software releases.
The Result
One of the recent successes Kwik Goal had using the tools, training, and support of Synergis is the introduction of a custom shelter line. With varying length, seating, and the ability to add graphics, these customized shelters offer durability, weather protection, and storage. Kwik Goal is able to show customers what the designed shelter will look like based on the specifications. These shelters were used during the New York City Football Club Historic Home Opener at Yankee Stadium.
