Issue: After installing any 2016 Autodesk products, users may experience a loss in focus (pausing) within dialog boxes, typing, and other tasks. These symptoms may affect all applications not just within the Autodesk products such as web browsers, Windows Explorer, and other applications. darin1
Possible solution:

  • Navigate to Windows Services and find Autodesk Content Service
  • Right-click the service and choose properties
  • From the Properties dialog, change the startup type to Disabled
