Do you have problems viewing light colored AutoCAD lines in the Vault preview? With just a few short steps I will show you how to change the background color for your AutoCAD files.
Right click in the preview area and select open in Autodesk Design Review
Next click the Application Button on the top left of the screen, go to options
Once in the options window go to the Sheet Tab. Select the Color Button and here is where you can change the color of the background for AutoCAD files.
Once you select your color of choice click OK, click OK again to close out of the options box and the background color will have changed in Design Review.
Close Design Review, Vault has not changed yet.
Refresh Vault, select your AutoCAD file, and your background will now have changed to the color you selected inside Design Review.
This is a per user change so you do not have to worry about other users being affected by your changes.
