Announcement
January 29, 2014

In a press release earlier this week, Autodesk and FOX Sports announced they will use FOX WEATHER TRAX at the Super Bowl which will be able to simulate the high winds of the New Jersey Meadowlands so viewers can understand the effects of weather on the game.

“Since the wind has a notorious reputation in the New Jersey Meadowlands, and given the magnitude of the game, we looked for and found a great tool to depict this phenomenon in excellent detail which should help the more than 100 million viewers actually ‘see the wind.'”

-Zac Fields, Vice President, Graphics & Technology, FOX Sports
