Registration Information

 

To Register for a Class
Call Dave Hampton, our Professional Development & Learning Manager, at 800-836-5440 x159 to confirm the availability, date and location of the course you wish to take. To reserve a seat, you must sign and return the quote we send you. You can choose to pay over the phone with a credit card or mail us a check for the full amount.

We typically start booking classes six weeks in advance so call as soon as you know which course and what dates you want.

Registration / Payment
When you register for a class, we send you a written quote for the total amount of the training. Once you return a signed quote with your payment in full, your seat(s) will be confirmed by a letter from our Professional Development & Learning Manager. We accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and company check. We also accept purchase orders from companies who have been pre-approved by the Synergis Credit Manager. Prices, course content, and dates are subject to change without notice.

A Synergis Green Effort
Included in your class registration fee is the cost of digital courseware. The primary courseware delivery method is via a 1GB USB Flash Drive. If digital courseware is not available from the publisher, we will make the printed books available to you for class.

If you prefer to order the printed courseware book for a fee, please notify dave.hampton@synergis.com at least one week prior to the start of class. Synergis will make the printed books available to you at our cost, however they are extra and are not included in the cost of the class.

Group Discounts
A group training discount of 10% applies to groups of three or more from the same organization who register for the same course at the same time and location. Check out our promotions.

AIA Continuing Education Credits

Synergis Building Design courses are registered with the AIA and earn AIA Continuing Education credits. If you are an AIA member, please bring your AIA Membership number to class and report it to the instructor. This procedure will ensure we meet AIA guidelines and submit your information within the 2 week required timeframe following the class culmination.

Cancellation / Re-Scheduling
If you re-schedule or cancel a class for any reason, you will be charged 50% of the daily rate per student. “Last minute” substitute students may attend in place of the original attendee as long as they start the first day of the class and meet course prerequisites. Due to circumstances beyond our control, classes may be cancelled or rescheduled within two days of the start of the class.

Class Schedule
Specific class times are included with each course description. We recommend that you arrive fifteen minutes before the scheduled class, so you are ready to start class on time. We allow a one-hour break for lunch, which is on your own. Courses may be eliminated from this catalog without notice. We recommend that you confirm the advertised course dates with the Synergis Training Coordinator, or check our web site for the latest updates.

Training Locations
Synergis offices and training centers are located in Quakertown, York, King of Prussia, Wilkes-Barre, Philadelphia, Mt. Laurel, NJ and Morristown, NJ. Detailed directions are available on our website.

Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied after completing any class, you may retake the same course within six months, free-of-charge, on a space-available basis.

Bad Weather Class Cancellations

In the case of inclement weather Synergis will contact you by the morning of the class to let you know of the class' status. Upon hearing of a potentially threatening forecast, Synergis will be contacting you to get a phone number and your departure time in order to reach you in the morning. We will make sure you hear from someone at Synergis by the time you have to leave for class.
