Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of technology solutions selling experience.
  • Recent sales experience selling solutions to the Architectural, Civil or Manufacturing communities.
  • Knowledge of engineering design processes and CAD a plus. 
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain a high volume of contacts with positive results.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated success in account management.
  • Must be computer literate using MS Office and contact management software.
  • Must be able to work effectively both independently and as a member of a team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent experience.

MEP Solutions Engineer, AEC Team

The successful candidate must be able to provide pre-sales support including needs analysis, product demonstrations and implementation consultation. Candidates should possess a BS in Engineering or industry equivalent experience; 4 years of engineering design and drafting experience; strong technical product knowledge of AutoCAD, AutoCAD MEP, or Revit.  Experience with other 3D applications, competing solutions and networking a plus. Candidate should have experience in Project Management, excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills, and aptitude to quickly learn new products.

Finance and Operations Manager

Synergis is the region’s leader in engineering, manufacturing, civil, and architectural design, and document management solutions. Founded in 1985, the company currently employs a staff of 90 employees providing design professional clients with the best quality training, consulting and implementation services. We assist companies to improve their design processes and maximize productivity and return on investment with Autodesk design solutions.   We are currently seeking a Finance and Operations Manager to join the dynamic finance team.

The successful candidate will have degree in business management or equivalent in work experience; knowledge of accounting procedures, with experience in developing and maintaining budgets; strong working knowledge of electronic spreadsheets, Dbase, and accounting software; understanding of leases, policies, contracts, and insurance requirements; and must be highly analytical, diligent, motivated and flexible to the needs of the growing organization.
Key responsibilities include:

  • Work closely with the CFO and appropriate team leaders to develop and manage departmental budgets.  Assist with financial statements to provide monthly, quarterly, and annual reports mapping actual achievement vs. budgets. 
  • Maintenance of the price book used by sales teams for quoting, keeping current with pricing, promos, and retirement dates. Responsible for setting margins and promo pricing, in conjunction with Sales Directors.
  • Assist CFO with perpetual inventory management.
  • Attend Management meetings, to provide financial updates, identify and highlight operational issues, and propose solutions.
  • Liaison with corporate finance group.
  • Liaison with 401K Plan Administrator and 401K Investors.  Prepare year-end census report for 401K Plan Administrator.
  • Assist CFO to validate budgets for departmental purchases, and assuming adequate cash flow, expedite ordering.
  • Assist with management of contracts, agreements, leases, and relationships with vendors and suppliers. Assist with purchase of hardware, furniture, and equipment as needed.
  • Assist CFO with space planning, costs, and layouts for existing and future locations.

Helpdesk Technician – AutoCAD Solutions

If you have the drive and desire to succeed, Synergis has an opportunity for you as a Helpdesk Technician, supporting our customers.  You will be responsible for answering incoming technical calls for Autodesk software in one of three verticals:  Manufacturing (AutoCAD Mechanical, AutoCAD Electrical, Inventor, Vault), Civil (Land Desktop, Civil 3D) or Building (AutoCAD, Architectural Desktop, AutoCAD MEP,Revit).

The successful candidate must be highly motivated, have a minimum of 3 years experience working with CAD.  Autodesk products are a plus.  Networking and/or IT experience is also a plus.  Excellent communication skills and the ability and desire to be an ambassador for Synergis Technologies Solutions Engineers.

Solutions Engineer, MSD Team

Synergis, the region’s leader in engineering and manufacturing design solutions and an Autodesk Premier Solutions Provider for Manufacturing Solutions is seeking a Solutions Engineer specializing in mechanical design and engineering automation solutions for manufacturing industries. 

Candidate must be able to provide pre-sales support including needs analysis, product demonstrations and implementation consultation.  Candidate is also responsible for product support, helpdesk, end-user training and will be involved in engineering consulting work.  Candidate should possess a 4 year degree, with a minimum of two years mechanical industry experience; excellent communication skills; advanced knowledge of a 3D modeling system as well as AutoCAD; proficient in the Microsoft Office products as well as Windows 2000/XP, and some understanding of Networking.  

This position is based out of our Quakertown, PA office. Candidate must be willing to frequently travel, occasionally overnight.
