Per Incident Synergis Telephone Support

Per Incident Service and Support offers you the flexibility to pay for service and support "as needed" on a per incident basis using a credit card.

APPLICATION FEE

  • AutoCAD or AutoCAD LT  - $60/incident
  • Manufacturing/AEC/Civil-GIS Specialized Autodesk Applications  - $75/incident
  • Network Servers/License Management  - $95/incident

    Note: Charges for calls are based on a single incident and call-backs for the same issue are not considered billable.

For discounted rates, Synergis offers Annual Helpdesk Support Contracts which provide for unlimited support for a full year. For more information on Annual Helpdesk Support Contracts, please contact your Synergis Account Manager or ask for the Synergis Helpdesk Coordinator.
