Notes:

1. Sessions or visits are per contract term. If services are not used within the term of contract then the Customer forfeits these services. Sessions are to initiated at the discretion of Synergis with the agreement of the Customer.

2. A visit is defined as one eight hour business day and is limited to a 50 mile radius from Synergis locations. Synergis locations are Blue Bell, Quakertown, Philadelphia and York, PA; and Morristown, NJ. Travel beyond the 50 mile radius is billable.

3. Visit can be used for AutoCAD-based product Installation or LAN/WAN support only. The technician will complete as much as possible in the eight hour day, however, if all tasks are not complete then the Customer may purchase additional time.
