Synergis Annual Helpdesk Support Agreement

If you want the assurance of continuous support and the convenience of an annual fixed-price plan that's predictable and easy to budget, then our Annual Helpdesk Support agreement is for you. Based on your software application and number of software seats, this simple annual fee program provides unlimited telephone support for up to two designated representatives from your company.

 

OPTION 1 – Synergis Annual Helpdesk Support Agreement

This program is designed for customers who like the security of having unlimited access to our support staff. This plan features one year of unlimited toll-free technical phone support for two designated representatives of your staff who have received Synergis training on the products to be supported or have equivalent work experience. Research and callbacks performed by our support staff are also included in the unlimited annual support contracts.

This option also includes Email support. Pricing is based on your software application and number of software seats supported per company location.

**Annual Helpdesk Support contracts can also be attached to your Autodesk software subscription contract at a discounted price by taking advantage of our Preferred Partner Program. The Support contract will be pro-rated to the date of your Autodesk subscription.

OPTION 2 – Pay Per Incident

Customers without Annual Support Agreements with Synergis can pay for per-incident support using a major credit card at the time of the support call. Per incident services can include support for Autodesk product issues, operating systems and networking issues, and WebEx “hands on” support.

Customer Support Center

In order to maintain our high standard of technical support, improve efficiency, and reduce callback time, all calls are routed through our toll-free customer support center. Calls are logged in and tracked to verify their resolution.

Technical phone support can be reached toll-free at 800-836-5440 during the hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time.

Please note that Phone Support is not a replacement for Training. If it is determined that the support caller requires training, our technician will inform them that they can continue over the phone at our current hourly rates, or refer them to one of our training classes.
