Targeting customers with up to ten seats of Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD Mechanical or AutoCAD Electrical, Synergis extends this five day professional services implementation package to help you get up and running on the Autodesk Vault solution quickly.

Synergis’ proven process by an Implementation Certified Expert includes the following on-site service plan:

On-site Assessment

On-site assessment to review the customer’s infrastructure and data with the goal of determining whether there is anything that will prevent or hinder a successful implementation. If the review is favorable, a basic statement of work will be written, outlining the process that will be completed. If the review is not favorable, a statement will be written outlining the cause and what actions need to be taken to correct it.

Statement of Work

The statement of work will be presented for review and sign off. Work will begin by installing the server software on one client and migrating the important CAD library data. Synergis will supply a high powered computer to do the migration and data upload. This prevents a user’s workstation from being unusable during the implementation.*

If the on-site assessment was not favorable, the written statement outlining the reason and corrective actions will be discussed with the customer.

Library Data Migration 

Continuation of library data migration and loading. If time permits, some actual project work may be loaded. This is solely dependent on the amount of time it takes to load the library data. During the data
migration and loading process, a designated admin/user is required to work alongside the Implementation.

Expert to learn and understand how to load the remaining data.
A half day to a day of this on-site engagement will be dedicated to providing all Autodesk Vault users a basic overview on how to use the Vault. *Customer network access is required for use with the Synergis workstation. If preferable, the customer may provide a machine for the Synergis Implementation Expert to work from.

This five-day packaged service is non-refundable. Additional time remaining after all steps of the
process have been completed will be credited toward other Synergis professional services, such as
Training, On-site Consulting and Helpdesk.
