Implementation Experts can help you design the best game plan to implement new technology, without bringing your workflow to a stop. How do you implement new technologies and minimize the impact on current design efforts? Synergis’ Implementation Services is broken down into four phases:

I. Assessment—Synergis Certified Implementation Experts and
Senior Systems Engineers will spend a day or two onsite, gathering
essential information about your company, processes, environment,
and implementation goals. A comprehensive report will be
developed, summarizing our findings and outlining go forward
recommendations.

II. Planning—Using the information from the Assessment, a
comprehensive plan is developed to follow as an implementation
guide. The scope of the project is defined and covers details, such
as what is to be done, who will do the work, and when it will be
completed. Client and Synergis expectations are set and project
milestones are established.

III. Deployment—Each task defined in the implementation plan is carried out and
completed in the deployment phase. This may include, but is not limited to, the actual
software installation, training, loading of legacy data, and customizations.

IV. Maintenance—Post deployment follow up with the client to verify the success of
the implementation and to provide support and future planning assistance.
