1.  Visit to your site, interview your network administrator (or equivalent) and conduct an audit of eight key areas:

• Your network speed/bandwidth; utilization determination
• Review servers for status of most recent MS service packs/updates
• Assess your file management and directory structures
• Check antivirus protection
• Examine email management and spam protection
• Analyze fire wall protection
• Check Back-up and Archival system(s)
• Evaluate your overall network administration strategy

2.  Prepare a network productivity report addressing each of the above areas detailing:

• Our findings
• Analysis of overall health level/effectiveness of each key areas
• Our recommendations, if any, are prioritized for productivity improvement impact

3.  Revisit you at your site to present and discuss our findings, and answer any questions you might have.

You will receive a valuable report detailing the overall health of your network. In cases where we make recommendations for improving your productivity, you are most welcome to engage Synergis to make those changes. Alternately, you may prefer to utilize your own or another company’s services. The choice is completely yours. There are no further obligations.
