Synergis Implementation Experts can help you design your optimum plan to implement new technology, without bringing your workflow to a stop.
I. Process Evaluation—Synergis Implementation Experts and Senior Systems Engineers will spend a day or two onsite, gathering essential information about your company, processes, environment, and implementation goals. A comprehensive report will be developed which summarizes our findings and outlines our recommendations for moving forward.
II. Implementation Plan—Using the information from the Assessment, a comprehensive plan is developed to follow as an implementation guide. The scope of the project is defined and covers details, such as: What is to be done? Who will do the work? When will it be completed? Client and Synergis expectations are set and project milestones are established.
III. Deployment—Each task defined in the implementation plan is deployed. This may include, but is not limited to, software installation, training, loading of legacy data, and customizations.
IV. Training and Maintenance—Post-deployment follow-up with the client to verify the success of implementation. Provide continued support through helpdesk and future planning assistance.
